Shipping & Return Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy. We will only accept returned merchandise that has not been opened or any security seals broken. You will be responsible for the return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product(s), please notify us in writing or via email within 7 days to firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on any Dermalogica Product returned, for any reason within a 30 day period, if Dermalogica has been recommended by a therapist in Denise’s Beauty & Skin Clinic
Before you return your Dermalogica to us please contact our Customer Services Team on 051 425800 who will help you through a return of a product.
For Products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement straightaway, or a full refund of the monies already paid upon return of the original item.
If you are dissatisfied with a Product, for any reason, you will be refunded the price you paid for the Product, upon return of the original item.
In order for us to receive Products back undamaged we recommend that you return them in the original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund where inadequate packaging has been used.

Booking & Cancellation policy
All bookings, including online bookings, are subject to availability during listed opening hours. Management reserve the right to cancel or change bookings on occasion.
A 50% payment is required for group bookings,
Cancellations are charged at 50% if not cancelled within 24hours of your treatment time.
“No Shows” will be charged the full amount and required to pay full amount up front for any future appointments.
